The Story Behind the Garozzo Family

In 1991, Michael Garozzo and Alfio “Fred” Garozzo opened the restaurant as GAROZZO’S DUE. After Fred retired, his son Salvatore “Sam” stepped in as general manager for several years. Sam later continued the family legacy, taking ownership and renaming the restaurant to SALVATORE’S in 2003. The menu has remained mostly unchanged, but the dedication to service and the Garozzo family spirit have only grown stronger.
